Patient Medical Alliance is organization I created and will do medical cannabis production. Product will be donated to collective dispensaries which will donate to organization (Cannabis Compassionate Services) that will facilitate services through network of participating service providers.

The opportunity available to investors is a set of potential investments that can receive reasonable compensation and the joy of helping create services for those in need. Funding is first needed to buy houses to house patients and do medical cannabis production. Second investment in rent or buy warehouse for Medical cannabis production licensed by participating collective dispensaries. Third is a large medical cannabis production that I signed up for in Oakland, Ca. for large 100,000 foot square licensed by city.

After the first harvest the delivery service will operate at a much higher profit margin due to the fact that we will have not have to pay the wholesale price for inventory for the retail portion of the operation. We will also serve as a vendor to various dispensaries throughout southern California to distribute the remainder of our medicine within a closed network of properly licensed patients & caregivers.

Surplus after operating costs and reasonable compensation to investors and partners will be used for patient services. Investors and partners will not to expect to make profit beyond reasonable compensation.
